Leading certificate authority signs five new certified regional partners
BOSTON, Mass., May 5, 2020 - GlobalSign www.globalsign.com, a global Certificate Authority (CA) and leading provider of identity and security solutions for the IoT, today announced the addition of five new Latin America-based partners that have recently advanced to Certified Regional Partner status. The regional partners are based in Ecuador, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia and Mexico. GlobalSign’s Certified Regional Partner (CRP) Program is designed to help partners capture the identity services market in their local regions by integrating its range of managed Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions into their service offerings. This meets customer’s IT security needs, including web and internal server security, digital identities for secure email, document signing and multi-factor authentication, as well as provide implementation models that can help their customers with certificate life cycle management and automation.
The companies that are now GlobalSign CRP’s include: Chile/Peru-based Seguridad America; Ecuador-based Alpha Technologies; Colombia-based GSE; Costa Rica-based Interhand; and Mexico-based Wingu Network. The five new CRP’s are heavily invested in the company’s success by pledging exclusivity to the GlobalSign brand, acquiring training to provide end users local support - resulting in faster certificate issuance, localized support and an overall exemplary customer experience.
